Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel during the Christmas season with my dog. The room was tired but clean, reasonably spacious, and well-equipped, with a charming character and nice touches like fruit, chocolates, and bottled water. However, I found the service a bit lacking in terms of assistance with luggage and professionalism, but the staff members were quietly working in the background. The location was perfect for my needs, although the car park entrance was hard to find. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some shortcomings in the menu, but the overall dining options were good. Facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has very comfy beds, smart TV, WiFi, and tea/coffee making facilities in slightly tired but clean rooms, acceptable for a 3-star stay. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, making it a memorable experience. The location is ideal for town center attractions but comes with some parking stress. The dining experience was average but with potential for improvement. Great value for money overall.
